You can delete your DealTracker account and associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
This permanently removes your account and its associated data.
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address associated with your account and we will delete it for you.
When you delete your account, we remove:
We do not retain your personal information after deletion, except where we are required to keep limited records to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations. Any such records are kept only as long as required by law and are then deleted. We never sell your data.
Separately from account deletion, a completed or archived deal and its uploaded documents are automatically deleted 15 months after the deal is completed (12 months, then a 3-month grace period with in-app reminders). You can export a deal at any time to keep your own copy. This applies to all plans, including the free plan, and does not delete your account.
