DealTracker helps real estate buyers stay on top of a purchase: track key dates and conditions, upload your documents, and get an AI-powered, plain-language review of the documents you choose to analyze — including potential red flags and the questions worth asking your agent. It is an organizational and informational tool, not legal or financial advice.

When you upload a document to a deal and choose to analyze it, DealTracker sends that document to our AI service and returns a summary, key dates, conditions, and red flags. The AI only reviews documents you upload — it is not a chatbot and does not give legal advice. Always confirm important terms with your licensed agent, broker, or lawyer.
DealTracker runs on Android phones and tablets (and on iPhone/iPad where available). You can sign in to the same account on more than one device.
You can delete individual deals from the deal screen, or delete your entire account from the Profile screen. Completed or archived deals are also automatically deleted 15 months after completion — export a copy beforehand if you'd like to keep it.

DealTracker offers a free tier plus paid plans for full AI analysis on a deal. When paid plans are enabled, purchases are handled securely by the App Store or Google Play — we never see your card details.
