Delete Your ClaimRite Account & Data

You can delete your ClaimRite account and associated data from inside the app. Deletion is permanent.

Delete in the ClaimRite app (recommended)

1. Open ClaimRite and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the two prompts to permanently delete your account and data.

This removes your account, profile, claims, and related data from ClaimRite (on-device and, when you use cloud sign-in, from our servers).

Option — Delete individual claims only

1. Open the ClaimRite app and sign in.
2. Open the claim you want to remove.
3. Delete the claim (and its documents) from within the claim flow.

Deleting a claim removes that claim's associated data. It does not delete your whole account.

Need help?

If something goes wrong with in-app deletion, email us from the address on your account and we will help complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove:

• Your account and profile (name and email).
• Your claims, including dates, notes, evidence items, adjuster log entries, and AI-generated analysis.
• Documents and photos you uploaded, from secure storage (when stored in the cloud).
• Local readiness / policy vault data on the device for that account.

What we may keep

We do not retain your personal information after deletion, except where we are required to keep limited records to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations. Any such records are kept only as long as required by law and are then deleted. We never sell your data.

Subscriptions

Deleting your ClaimRite account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel Standard through Google Play or the App Store if you no longer want to be billed.
