ClaimRite — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DIRITEPROPERTY INC. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the ClaimRite mobile application (the "App"). We are based in Canada and are committed to handling your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who we are

2. What ClaimRite does

ClaimRite helps policyholders organize insurance claims (home/property and auto): track deadlines, store documents and photos, log adjuster conversations, compare settlements, and prepare letters or claim packets. When you choose to use Claim AI (Standard plan), the App sends a document you upload to an AI service to produce a summary, dates, conditions, and potential red flags for that document. ClaimRite is an organizational and informational tool only — it is not a lawyer, adjuster, or insurer, and it does not provide legal or insurance advice.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide

Information generated by the App

Your documents are your own. Any document or photo you upload to ClaimRite relates to your own insurance claim, and you upload it entirely at your own discretion. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload, store, and analyze any material you add to the App. ClaimRite never requires a particular document — uploading is always your choice — and we do not act on behalf of any insurer, adjuster, or law firm.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Paid Standard subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play (and our subscription management provider). We receive only confirmation of your entitlement, not your card information.

4. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded documents for advertising.

5. Service providers we share information with

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the App. They process information only to provide their service to us:

6. International data transfers

Some of our service providers may process or store information on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States. Where information is transferred across borders, it remains subject to this policy and to appropriate safeguards. By using the App, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in other countries.

7. How long we keep your information (data retention)

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls that restrict each user's documents and data to that user (row-level security and per-user private storage). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Your rights and choices

10. AI analysis — important note

AI-generated summaries, dates, conditions, and red flags are produced from the document you upload and are provided for organizational and informational purposes only. They are not legal or insurance advice. Always confirm coverage, deadlines, and settlement terms with your insurer, adjuster, or a licensed advisor.

11. Children's privacy

ClaimRite is intended for adults managing insurance claims and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
