ClaimRite — Terms & Legal

These Terms govern your use of the ClaimRite mobile application operated by DIRITEPROPERTY INC. ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

ClaimRite provides tools to manage home/property and auto insurance claims: document storage, deadline templates and reminders, evidence and adjuster logs, settlement comparison, letter templates, claim packet export, and optional AI document analysis on the Standard plan.

2. Eligibility

You must be an adult able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The App is intended for personal claim organization, not for use by children.

3. Your account and content

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You retain ownership of documents and photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the App (including AI analysis you request).
• You must only upload material you have the right to use.

4. Plans and billing

• Free: unlimited claims with template timelines and reminders; no Claim AI.
• Standard: Claim AI and related Standard features — $9.99/month or $99.99/year (or local currency equivalent set by the store), auto-renewing until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Refunds are handled under the store's policies.

5. AI features

Claim AI analyzes only documents you choose to analyze. Outputs are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for verifying all deadlines, coverage, and settlement decisions with your insurer or advisors.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users or our systems.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that timelines, templates, or AI outputs are complete or accurate for your claim.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIRITEPROPERTY INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or settlement outcomes arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for Standard in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) CAD $50.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
